As asked recently by a customer:
Is there any support in Process MeNtOR for document management processes?
Within Process MeNtOR there are a number of areas that provide guidance on document management:
- Within the Project Management Process Unit – see the Deliverable Management activity. (left menu select Project Manager > Project Management)
- Within the MeNtOR Fundamentals section – in Process Concepts there is a section on Deliverables that explains the release and approval states and the concept of a Workbook for managing project deliverables. (left menu select MeNtOR Fundamentals > Process Concepts)
- Within each of the Project Roadmaps there is a Deliverable section that identifies the deliverables to be produced on the project and how they should be stored within a directory structure / document repository. (left menu select Project Roadmaps)
- And there is a whole Deliverable section that list all of the deliverables, provides templates, examples, maturity and review guidelines. (left menu select Deliverables)
