If you are planning on running Process MeNtOR TeamGuide on a workstation that is running Windows Vista you may experience some issues related to the new security model.
Installing the TeamGuide client accesses will need to be 'Run as Administrator'. When teamGuide is installed you will also need to run Visual Studio as an administrator also. If you have Visual Sudio Service Pack 1 you should be running as administrator already.
Future versions will address this issue.
