What Process Mentor template is appropriate to specify the layout, content and calculations for a specific (hardcopy) report output required from an application? 

I presume that a variation on the User Interface Design could be made but I am hoping that a template more 'fit for purpose' has been included.

Has anyone used a Process Mentor template to do this?

Process MeNtOR^® has a User Interface Requirements deliverable that is produced from the Logical View Definition activity of the User Interface Modelling process unit. The User Interface Requirements deliverable contains a number of views required from the human interface perspective. The views could be a screen, a hard copy report or a letter. The view for the report has sections for defining the fields (and calculations), sorting requirements, totals, templates and general printing requirements. Hope this helps.
